The idea of the project includes creating a space for a calm and comfortable life. The project provides for the construction of cottages,a landscaped area with two artificial lakes, playgrounds, a dog park, an administrative service center, a grocery store, a bar, a beaty salon, and a children's center.

Why Monmartre?
Monmartre is one of the districts of Paris, which was first a hill in the outscirts of Paris, and then became part of the city. At the end of the 19th century, Monmartre attracted numerous artist due do its low prices (compared to the city center). The artists Renoir, Van Gogh, Tolouse Lautrec, Modigliani and the poet lived and worced here. Poet Apollinaire and others.

The exhibition complex will be located on an adjacent plot of land and will not be incluided winhin the boundaries of the Monmartre residence. The territory of the residence is closed and includes a screening point. This ensures that visitors of the exhibition complex do not have access to the residence and ensures the implementation of the principles of peace and security for residents of the residence.

The bathroom in the master bedroom is made of natural stone and emphasizes the geometry of the total area. Mirrors represent a puzzle and create an architectural volume.
